June 06: Interview
On the Finnish 8 Track magazine, there is a very good interview with Dan, from a couple of days ago in Helsinki. Also a review of the gig.
April 06: Mystic Knights of the Sea
Mystic Knights of the Sea were the band Dan Baird and Rick Richards put together for a charity project back in 2003. Available from Jerkin' Crocus is now a CD single with their contributions to that charity album. Both tracks on the single are Bruce Springsteen covers (Cadillac Ranch, Johnny '99) and the one featuring Rick on vocals has never been released.

As David Huijzer pointed out (thanks David) you can pre-order your copy of 'Put The Hammer Down' at The Yayhoos official website. Official release is at June 20 but if your order now, your CD will ship before the end of this month. The new Yayhoos CD comes packaged in a super fancy non jewelcase digi-pak and makes an excellent gift for any true rock fan!

Jan 06: Homemade Sin news from Dan
Well,
the sinners just got back from upstate N.Y. (thanks to the citizens of
Bovina) and our "let's make up a bunch o' songs" trip. Let's
just say there's some cassettes w/ a bunch of material that you could
blackmail us with as well as some fine rockin'. One million dollars and
you too could own the "chicken coop" tapes. But we gotta great
start on a "band" recording.
We also got to play NYC @ the Scenic. had a blast. Glad to get back to
the big town.
